We are required by Indiana regulations to verify the identity of every player we serve. If the registration information you enter cannot be automatically verified, you will be prompted with the following screen:
To resolve the issue, make sure that the information is correct and there aren't any typos or mistakes. You will have up to six attempts to enter the correct information. If you run out of tries, you may contact player support.
Here are additional tips that may help you resolve a failed identity check:
- If your name recently changed (i.e. you were recently married), try entering your old or maiden name.
- Make sure to enter your legal name and not a nickname (i.e. using Bob instead of Robert).
- Ensure you have entered the correct last 4 digits of your SSN.
